Understand the Dashboard
A guided tour of /dashboard — what each panel shows and how to act on it.

Shows four numbers, refreshed every few seconds while market is open.
- Total equity — your cash + position value across selected account(s).
- Day P&L — change since today’s open.
- Unrealized — open positions’ mark-to-market.
- Realized — closed positions year-to-date.
A <SourceBadge> next to each number tells you where the data came from
(e.g. “Schwab live” vs “yfinance EOD”). When markets are closed, the source
badge usually flips to “Schwab cached”.

Top 10 symbols across your account + watchlist by absolute move today.
Click any row to jump to /trading-intel/analysis?symbol=... for the
full chart.
Activity widget
The compressed signal feed. Each row is a recent detection:
- Symbol + direction (bull/bear/range).
- Layer chips — small badges for Structure / Price Action / Smart Money, showing which layers fired.
- Timestamp.
Click a row to drill into the full per-symbol detail. The activity widget collapses by layer; you can hide a layer entirely from Settings → Preferences.
Account activity (right pane)
Recent fills, dividends, transfers, fees — sourced directly from your broker. Different from the Activity widget: that one is signal activity; this one is account activity.
Ticker news (right pane)
News articles tagged with sentiment scores from MarketAux + Finnhub. Articles mentioning symbols in your portfolio or watchlist are pinned; everything else is filterable.
Upcoming earnings (right pane)
Symbols in your universe with earnings in the next 7 days. Click to see historical reaction patterns + estimates.
What if a panel is empty?

How to customize
The dashboard layout is opinionated and not user-customizable at launch — this is intentional. We’re betting on a single great default rather than a million configurations. If you have strong views on what should change, the Settings → Preferences page accepts feedback.
