LegalRefund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid BlitzPulse subscriptions and purchases made directly through BlitzPulse. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. General Rule

Except where required by law or expressly stated in this Policy, fees are non-refundable. Subscription charges buy access for the billing period, not a particular trading result, investment return, tax outcome, alert volume, uptime percentage, broker connection, model output, or feature result.

2. First Subscription Goodwill Window

For a user’s first paid subscription only, we may provide a full refund if the user requests it within 7 days of the initial charge and has not materially used high-cost features, abused the Service, violated the Terms, or previously received a refund. This goodwill refund is discretionary unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. No Refunds for Trading Outcomes

We do not refund because of trading losses, missed opportunities, unfavorable recommendations, stale or incorrect market data from third parties, broker outages, rejected orders, delayed alerts, tax outcomes, model hallucinations, backtest performance, or user dissatisfaction with financial results.

4. Outages and Service Credits

If BlitzPulse is materially unavailable due solely to our systems for more than 48 continuous hours during a paid monthly billing period, your exclusive remedy is a prorated service credit or refund for the affected period, at our discretion. Scheduled maintenance, beta features, third-party outages, broker/API failures, market-data vendor failures, force majeure events, user network issues, and provider-imposed restrictions do not count as our material unavailability.

5. Annual Plans

If annual plans are offered, refunds after any required legal cooling-off period are discretionary and may be prorated only for unused full calendar months, less discounts, credits, taxes, chargeback fees, and high-cost usage.

6. Credits and Promotions

Promotional credits, referral credits, goodwill credits, trial credits, coupons, discounts, and bundled usage have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable unless law requires otherwise.

7. How to Request

Email support@blitzglobalcapital.com from the account email. Include the account email, invoice date, amount, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the relevant processor. Bank processing times vary.

8. Chargebacks and Abuse

We may suspend access during chargeback investigations. We may deny refunds for fraud, abuse, repeated signup/refund cycles, credential sharing, resale, excessive usage, Terms violations, or attempts to use refunds to avoid payment for consumed services.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
